What a fun month for the Creative Team at Love Is In The Details!!! Lori let us pick any products we wanted and create whatever we wanted!!!

So instead of cards and layouts I decided to make a mini album! Been too long since I made one, boy did I have fun!!!

I had a great mini album that Lori had made for me a while back and thought it would be perfect.

I started by using my Distress It All on all the pages of my album. It worked like a dream!!!

Also in the album you will see lots of Sizzix products, including the On The Edge Dies from Tim Holtz!

How is your summer?

Can't believe we are already three weeks into July! Time is flying.

We are busy and crazy with work but thankfully I was able to sneak down to the beach with the boys yesterday. It was only for a few minutes but nice to go down and let the boys dip their feet in the water.

There have been some big changes at Love Is In The Details this month! We will no longer be working on monthly kits, although you never know when a special one might reappear!!! For July Lori let us loose in the store and make our own little kit each!!! You have to see what Melissa, Lisa and Chelsea came up with!!!

You can't see mine just yet, but maybe you should pop by on Sunday! *wink*

I know, I know....

I have neglected my blog yet again! June is such a crazy month with Birthdays, BBQ's, Manitoba Marathon and school events.

Of course this year there was an added trip in there that was unexpected. Sadly it was not a trip for enjoyment but of necessity.

Got home just in time to celebrate Canada Day and then head up to the lake for the summer.

I now am the mother to a teenager!!!!

One Proud Canadian!!!

So I am averaging a post a month...that is awful!!! GEEZ!!! I will try to up that to at least a post a week! If I don't please give me a kick! LOL! I will definitely be making another post in the next few days because on Sunday we are having our Kit reveal at Love Is In The Details!!!! WOOHOO!!!! Life is the same around here, busy with the boys and DH is busy working all the time. Have a crop in Miami tomorrow and then next weekend I am going to Brandon for their annual charity convention!!! Hoping to get lots of scrappy work done over those two weekends! Helps that I will have some new goodies to play with, Lori just got in the Tim Holtz Sizzix Dies and I can not wait to get them tomorrow!!! So here is a layout/challenge I have up this month at LIITD, hope you like it.

So yesterday afternoon I posted an early-bird challenge for the big crop we are having this Sunday at Love Is In The Details. The Challenge is to create a card and send it to a fellow member. (see the details here)

So last night we were sitting watching TV and the doorbell rings and Mike and the boys go to answer it and then they all coming running down the stairs saying I had a scrapbook challenge. What???? Oh my, I received the most beautiful card from Thelma!!! WOW!!! Not only does she make the most beautiful things she is also fast!!!!
