Pin Pals

I love this photo of my Mom and Nic at Disneyland. These two became obsessed with pin trading...actually I think my Mom was even more obsessed then Nic. She was constantly on the look out for Disney staff with their pins! We had to stop her from buying the stores out too!!!

Looks like Spring might actually be here...finally. Hoping to get outside with my camera and get some pictures this weekend!!!

The Creative Team at Love Is In The Details is having a Blog Hop today!!! Why are we hopping today???? Well to give you a little sneak peek of the June Kit!!! So you should already been over at Chelsea's blog and seen her great work and now it is my turn! The June kit rocks, great patterned paper, embellishments, cardstock and chipboard!!! A must have for sure!!! You are really going to love this kit! The papers are gorgeous and the embellishments work perfectly with them.

The only item on my layout that is not included in the kit is the little Making Memories letters in the journaling square and the sizzix swirly die.

What a great long weekend, kid free!!! My parents were wonderful and asked if they could have the boys for the whole weekend, of course we jumped at the chance. We went to dinner and a movie with friends and enjoyed some much needed R&R time.

Posted a product challenge at LIITD yesterday, the product was kraft cardstock. I love kraft cardstock!!!!

Crop Part Two

Part Two of our crop was this past Saturday at LIITD. There are some awesome challenges posted and you have until Wednesday, May 13th at 6pm to upload your layouts and cards.

My challenge for the crop was to "bunch-up" your embellishments, stickers, die cuts etc. on one part of your layout. Here is my layout...

I completed Lori's challenge to Lift a layout from the gallery. I chose an adorable layout from Creative Team Leader, Chelsea. This was a blast to do. Here is the end result of my scrap-lift...

May Sizzix Challenge

Been Busy

Sorry I have not come to show you the reveal from the May Kit....been so busy! The girls of the Creative Team rocked the kit as always, with five us there is an amazing variety and you really should check out their awesome work here.

Only One more Day

The May Kit Reveal is tomorrow at Love Is In The Details!!!! WOOHOO!!!!

And then the day after that is part one of the online crop!!!!

I am so excited, we always have so much fun!!!

It is National Scrapbook Day on Saturday so that means to be on the look out for sales at the Love Is In The Details Store, that also means I am going to have a hard time staying on my spending freeze!!! EEK!!!!

Two Online Crops

So we have not one, but TWO online crops coming up at Love Is In The Details!!! Our first crop will be Saturday May 2nd to celebrate National Scrapbooking Day and the second will be Saturday May 9th to celebrate the anniversary of the shopping page!!!

The crops will be from 11am to 4pm each day but the deadline for both crops will be May 13th!!! That will give you a ton of time to get your challenges completed and be eligible for fantastic prizes!!!! Not only will there be awesome challenges there will also be games and a lot of laughs!!!

I really hope you will join us!!!

Have not posted a lot this week, been busy around the house and enjoying the wonderful weather. Here is a layout I did for a challenge over at Love Is In The Details.

Well Spring Break is almost over, not a great one for the kids but we tried to keep busy and do some different things. Had a great day yesterday at the online crop at Love Is In The Details and it is not to late to join us and have a chance to win some awesome prizes. The deadline for uploading layouts is not until Wednesday, April 8th at 6pm so jump on over!!!! There was also a big announcement yesterday at the site, our creative team grew from 3 to 5!!! Woohoo!!!! We are so lucky that Lisa and Melissa have joined the team! April Fools Day

Well I think Mother Nature pulled the first April Fools Joke of the year on us. We got tons more snow, the really wet heavy kind of snow. So annoying. I am not sure if Spring is going to arrive in our neck of the woods this year. *sigh*

On a happier note it is April 1st which means a few things. Firstly the MPC (monthly prize challenge) at Love Is In The Details. Guess who was in charge of the sketch this month.....ME!!!

So this past Saturday I went to Miami, Manitoba to scrapbook with my pals at Love Is In The Details!
